1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange — unless the item is defective or protected by consumer rights.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

  • Some items (e.g. hygiene-related or custom products) are non-returnable unless defective.

Examples of non-returnable items:

  • Pet grooming tools already used

  • Opened health or personal care items

  • Custom or personalized orders


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@findhive.store with the following:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the product is damaged or defective)

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping address.

Important: Please do not return the item to the manufacturer or warehouse without authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.


4. Who Covers Return Shipping?

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. defective, incorrect item): We cover the shipping cost.

  • If you are returning for personal reasons (e.g. changed mind, wrong size): You are responsible for return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If rejected (e.g. item not in original condition), we’ll notify you with the reason.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@findhive.store.


7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at support@findhive.store within the return period.

If the item is no longer available, we may offer:

  • A product of similar value

  • A full refund


8. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, as we process orders quickly. If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive and then initiate a return.


9. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing items:

  • Please take clear photos of the damage or issue

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit based on your preference
